Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago 

2014 - 2018

Under the employ of the MCA, I led the transformation of an annual jazz program called Tuesday on The Tuesday, resulting in a 50% growth in attendance. We aligned the program more closely with MCA values of inclusion and diversity and working with the local community and local artists. The shift in program resulted in greater publicity over the season and supported the relaunch of the MCA brand as accessible and a supporter of local talent and communities. 

Evidence of outcome:​

  • program development with new community partners deepened city relationships

  • repurposed outdoor space and increased available free seating and diversified audiences 

  • new vendor relationships tailored food offerings for new audiences and increased net profit by 20%  

  • collaborated on fresh marketing campaign built brand and expanded audiences
